IDE Drives not powering up. ( 1 Views )

1. I just built a computer with a 2.8ghz Celeron D, Intel D915GUX motherboard, a gig of DDR2, my 80 GB HDD and DVD ROM drive that were both working in another system minutes ago. The PSU is working correctly as I literally just pulled it from a working Athlon XP system. My HDD and DVDROM drive aren't getting power at all. I get a POST just fine and I can mess around in the BIOS and everything.
   
   
   What could be wrong here? Anything I could do to fix it?

2. are the drives showing up in the BIOS?
   
   is it a modular psu?
