Computer turns off when I plug in a USB Device ( 10 Views )

no kitty!
  1. So I traded for a MB and USPS slightly damaged it I had to reinsert a voice chip and the PCB is dented but it posts and works fine and is now my HTPC. So when ever I plug a USB device into the ports by the KB/MS ports it shuts down but the power light stays on and I can immedly turn it back on so can the problem that my MB is shorting out on my cheap case (Was a PITA to mount in that case standard atx and screw holes still did not line up No screws where the ports are loccated as it woukd not align there) or could it be my mb is damaged and I should kill USPS?

    Oh this might help
