Need a free jpeg compressor ( 1 Views )

1. Can anyone help me out. Looking for something liked advanced jpeg compessor but for free.

   He may be looking for something to compress bitmapped images into jpg images. Jpg, after all, is a form of compression.

   Your digital camera takes JPEG's but they are alot larger than web images, its very valid that he wants to compress/change the resolution of them for other uses such as the web.

   I have to agree. TheGimp is a good tool for moderate image editing, but for simple graphic resizing, it's quite a bit overkill.
