Oblivion: ALL ITEMS GONE! *Spoilers* ( 3 Views )

1. Ok so WTF is going on. I became a Blade, and I go to get the Amulet right from the Mythic Dawn. Well he says to give everything to him and put the robe on. I was thinking, no worries as all I have to do is kill him and get it back. So I take the book as the guy escapes, and they try to kill me so I escape. I rearm at Cloud Wherever since i have NOTHING, no gold, NOTHING, and come back. Whipe out the entire shrine, but none of my goodies were there at all.
   
   Anyone else have this trouble? Im pissed, but luckily I had some stuff stashed at my house. But WTF? Now im way behind in armor and weapons and I keep getting owned and what not. This is BS...

2. As far as I know, you're not supposed to leave.
   
   I didn't. I stole back my weapon from the guy, took him out, took everything of mine back, and proceeded to destroy everything in there.

3. I personally stole the book, then ran straight out, not touching anyone...went and finished the end of that quest, then used my magic to blow some guy up, stole his armor and weapons, and then went back to that cave thing and took each and every enemy out one by one until I found the guy holding my stuff, yoink, take all, equip it up and i'm outta here. I was REALLY scared at that point too....but I got it done eventually, just make sure you got everybody.

5. weird, I played through the main quest and I have no idea what you're talking about. I never had to put on a Mythic Dawn robe? I wonder why my experience was different from yours.

8. I figured it out. I had to scoure the cave, and find two more victims just running about. I got all my crap back though.
   
   Weird that you didnt run into it ...???? Basicly I found the location using the riddle from the 4 volumes, then went there. I talked to the door guy and he was all 'Congrats, you found us are you ready for clensing' and let me in. Then I was greeted, he asked me to give him all my stuff and put on this robe for cleansing..So I did. Then I followeed him, the guy was talking his cultish crap and he left in the portal. I was summoned to sacrifice this Argonian, but refused and all hell croke loose.
