Big Brother E-mail... ( 4 Views )

1. As the title suggests, I am using a Big Brother server to help me monitor network devices and such. I am at the point where everything is setup, except for e-mail notifications. I have gone through the bbwarnrules.cfg file to make sure my e-mail addy is in there and such. But, BB is still not e-mailing me when hosts go down. I am on Fedora Core 4. Is there something that I am missing? Do I have to setup the box as a mail server for it to be able to send off e-mails? Hopefully someone here is familiar with BB. Any help is much appreciated!!
