Not anymore :(
There's a couple still floating around out there but I wasn't impressed with any of them. And good luck finding a NF3 board. My brother's Epox 9NDA3+ (NF3) board up and died recently and we were hoping to get him something different like the MSI Neo Platinum, but we ended up going with another Epox as it was the only option available. I've had 3 of those Epox boards die on me so I imagine this new one will eventually also. (I abandoned mine for a DFI NF4 Lanparty)
I guess you could get a cheapo VIA or ULi based board, but all the boards I saw looked like budget boards, and I wanted something that could actually overclock reliably.
If you're buying a new CPU and motherboard you should really get a new video card also. You're not going to find any AGP boards still out there that are very good
You can get a good performing PCI-e video card for pretty cheap if money is an issue. I think it would be money better spent.
