A question for 'buy quality web templates' website owners ( 6 Views )

1. I was surfing through some of these sites that offer you free templates and suddenly I realized that:
   1) everyone has same "engine", meaning same way of sorting them, preview window, add to cart etc.
   2) everyone had very much same templates.
   
   So is there some sort of "start your own template-selling-website" package or where have you got them? Bought them first from somewhere? Because there were many same templates and people would never have enough time to create that many that good and different templates... or have you created all them yourself? I'm interested to know :)
   
   Meaning: how have you started it?
