x800 128ddr, x700pro 256ddr3 or 6600gt 128ddr3? ( 3 Views )

1. i am converting my xqpack with tforce 939 into a sagetv client box. so i will need a video card with tv out, dvi, pci express.hdtv not that important. has to look good on tv, dvds.prob no games, but even if i do play games its not like i will be playing f.e.a.r. would prefer a cooler, quieter card but cool is more important than quiet (xqpack=no ventilation). all 3 of these cards i can get for $105-$120. the 6600gt has purevideo, i dont think either ati card has avivo. the x700pro has 256meg ddr3, but i hear the engine has no balls. x800 has 12pipes vs 8 on the x700pro. ati taking some heat lately, but i had an 850xt early in the year for a month or 2 between my 6800gt and my 7800gt's. seemed fine to me. i have been out of the low-mid end for several years, so any help greatly appreciated.
