If it's a S939 core, then the vcore looks a bit high. The 3700's default vcore should be 1.4v. Your board may be overvolting. Most boards will overvolt a small amount such as .05 So if the vcore was 1.45 +/- .02 volts, that would be normal to me.

i dropped the cpu down -.02 i believe and now it goes from around 1.471-1.5
