Buying new RAM, narrowed it down to the following.... ( 3 Views )

1. Hey guys, I'm currently pricing out a new system and I am stuck on which memory I want to buy. Basically the route I think I'm going is Xfire mobo (DFI), opty 148, X1800XT etc. Only prob is what RAM should I get for this system? I can't decide if I want 1gb or 2gb (this rig will be primarily for gaming). These are my choices I've decided on:

   RAM 3 x 2
   
   RAM 4 x 2
