Looking for a New AMD XP 3200 400Mhz FSB Retail in the box.
THANKS
(yener, Madagascar)
bump and btw I know just about all the sites online, but most of them look pretty cheesy and are only selling OEM, so if anyone knows a decent site with a Retail one, that would be appreciated.
THANKS

its currently out of stock, but they will have it back in stock at some point
question: why not go with a Athlon64? Is it because not looking to upgrade motherboard?
it would be understandable, i only ask because the AthlonXP 3200+ is rather expensive for being Socket A.

I said I know all the sites online and I won't pay such a insane price at ZipZoomFly and why do I want this over a 64x system, is because I just built my new box, or should say upgraded in May.
So for now I just want a top line 32x Ultra 6800 AGP box and next year I'll get into 64x. ;)
Given the market value of 64x system a XP 3200 should only be selling for $125-$150. Personally all these people selling at such high prices is crazy. I mean 32x stuff is actually going up, not down.
(muhyiddin, Lesotho)
thats how stuff works until its like 5 years obsolete, until then prices usually are high, value wise. manufacturing is stopped and they know they can get away with the cost because some people have no choice.
you could have been more precise.
your best and likely only bet is ebay or local stores, although they will likely have high costs too (the local stores, that is).
(duygu, Thailand)
no actualy the prices are sky rocketing for the 32bit XPs. You would think the opposite but if you want a BRAND new and not a pull 3200 off a real site your gonna pay outrageous.
get a mobile for $80 and overclock it to 3200....easy as pie
ebay is bad right now too....i seen a guy that had them for cheap and as soon as I asked him how many he had in stock he bumped the prices way up. Even the auction prices are outrageous and you might get a dud
(seyfullah, Senegal)
I have an unlocked XP2800 that does XP3200 settings without breaking a sweat......LMK if interested.
(oğuzhan, Benin)
My Abit NF7-S2 only allows for OverClock on the FSB not the multipliers, there is nothing in the BIOS for it, so I don't want anything to OC.

I have a 2500+ barton that does like 2.6ghz, you can put it to 3200+ speeds and actually lower the voltage, if youre intrested.

also, for the poster. if you look around, there are a few programs that can change the fsb on the fly, and do so without too many problems as long as you don't swing it too drastically. can't think of the name of the program. maybe nfs core or somthing similar.
take care,

You wont find a better price than ZZF on that for a new 3200+
(muhammet, Chile)
and you need to read the FS/FT rules that clearly state that you may NOT bump your thread more than once every 6 hours...

Well I have received replies for some already and waiting to hear back. ;) So that's not true!
(hamza, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines)
I have this and can ship via USPS tonight! USPS closes here at 7:00 and it is 5:30 right now here in Texas. For the price of an "OLD" XP 3200 ($150 on Pricewatch), I can get you new Nforce4 with AMD64 chip. For the difference, you can sell your current board here on Hardforums. :D
I have everything boxed up, and I need to go to the Post Office to drop off some memory I sold today.

No I won't get overcharged I know the value, I'm running at 333Mhz and no I'm not into doing a OC on a chip.
