Forum or Forums ( 5 Views )

1. I am about to get myself a personal domain but can't decide whether to have "forum" or "forums" as part of the domain.
   
   
   I've added a poll. Please do me a favor and tell me which you would choose and why.

2. Many languages don't have a plural form of the word (especially no -s on the end of the word), and for many people, the singular form of the word is always easier to remember.

3. I always thought forum was the more correct term, the whole website would be considered one forum. Also I am a little biased towards the singular.
   If both are available to register, I would definitely get them both. If you site gains in popularity, someone is bound to register the variation with or without the s.

7. I say forums, with the "s", because you will have more than one foruM at your web site, correct? Therefore making them forums. :)

    SO you chose "forums" on the poll?
    I been getting both forum and forums from several people.
    Can't decide and I don't know if I should just spend $18 on both domains.

14. I'd choose forums as the main domain,
    but I'd choose forum too and then redirect people to the forums domain ( in case of a typo ).
    
    Also forums seems to me more correct as term.

15. I'd go for both - whats another $9 when it comes to better promotion? If I were to choose though, forums would be better for SE's as it includes the word "forum" in it as well as "forums". That way, if someone types in either word, "forums" will cover it!
