weird bug... could be vid card? ( 2 Views )

1. when im running firefox(since i dont use IE that much i havnt had this happen with it yet, so it may not just be FF) if i open a movie(nomater if it is on a web page or an external winamp or wm file) it accasionaly(id say once every 5-10 times) zooms into the upper left corner of the display(i would say about 1/4 of the display or so). it does not resize it, it just zooms in(ie, it looks like im running 800*600). if i quite FF, it goes back to the entire desk top. it doesnt do thins if i quit other programs, just firefox( havnt tried ie yet, as stated earlier). could this be my vid card? i highly doubt this is a moz. problem, as i have it on all my other computers and i have never heard of such a problem, and it spaned across the past few v.'s i have used(im useing 1.0preview). i have checked for spyware and all(w/ ad-aware and sb:sad)....
