PNY 6800 GTs for sale ( 2 Views )

1. I've got a couple PNY 6800 GTs that I would like to sell along with CompUSA's 2 year transferable replacement plan. I got them at a good price since I can get their employee discount, so I'd be willing to sell them for less than you can find them anywhere online.
   In case you don't know, the card retails for $399.99 and the 2-year replacement plan is $65.00, plus tax. That's almost $500, but I'd be willing to sell it closer to $450 including shipping it to you. They are NOT opened. If you are interested, let me know.

   i think you had this same thread closed by a mod becuase you STILL will not state a DEFINATE price, as per the rules here. What is the exact price of "closer" to $450? :confused: If you're willing to negotiate a lower price then put "OBO" next to your price.

7. Good Call TopCat. In that Case, I'd be willing to trade my 9600Pro which can hit 450/330 stock (and i can push it further, didnt want to hurt my baby). Lets see, I paid 160 for it, so used, its prolly worth 156, so I'll toss in say 100 bucks and we'll call it a trade?

8. Yeah thats on backorder till 8-25 though. He is willing to sell right now. And are you willing to sell without 2 year replacement warranty from Compusa for say 390+shipping? PNY's warranty lasts the life of the cards resaleable lifetime, so that is bound to be over 3 years.

9. I think people here could really stand to learn from Anandtech's thread crapping policy. I can hardly read a thread around here that doesn't contain any thread crapping -- especially when it comes to the next-gen video cards. Besides, you can't always go by the best prices on pricewatch. The items could be out of stock, the dealer could have a bad reputation, etc. etc. I'm not condoning price gouging by any means, but if the man wants to try to sell his card for $450 when that's the going rate, that's his prerogative. If you don't like the price, don't buy it.

10. If a thread deserved to be crapped on, this is it. First, he didn't listen to the mod the first time around. Second, tjmaxwell...I don't believe he ever stated "I'll sell it for $450". It simply says "closer to $450". Either name a price or be gone.
