1) Will the Power Supply that comes with that case be sufficient? (I only plan on running the one HD)
That PSU will be reasonably sufficient, but you could have better some more wattage space.
Since the HD is the slowest component of the sytem, I'd always recommend a RAID array, so buy two HD's if you have the money.
2) In order to use the full potential of the e6750 or q6600, is the RAM that I have picked out sufficient, or is it overkill, or is it fine?
1066mhz ram is mainly overclocking ram, no official ram, coz the highest speed that official ram can have is 800mhz, anything above that is overclocked DDR2 ram, 667mhz ram will be sufficient for both CPU's, 800 should be standard, but 1066mhz is a bit better, depends on the money you want to spend. A FSB of 1066 or 1333 means that it is quadpumped so the FSB will work at speeds 266 and 333mhz, the ram is double pumped, so 667mhz ram is already 333mhz which is already sufficient, so I'd suggest take 800mhz ram and another harddisk.
3) In order to use the full potential of the e6750 or q6600, is the MoBo that I have picked out sufficient, or is it overkill, or is it fine?
That mobo you picked is an overclocking mobo, so you might want to save on that part if you don't want to overclock. Any mobo's with Intels P35 or nvidia 650i,680LT and 680i chipsets will do fine. Most of them are easily overclockable.
4) I am a bit confused by the specs listed on the MoBo page. It says FSB 1333/1066, but it says that the memory standard is DDR2 800. Wouldn't you need DDR2 1066 to run at a 1066 FSB, and DDR2 1333 to run at a FSB of 1333?
See question 2.
5) Any recommendations on parts that would be cheaper/better are welcome.
Mobo with SLI support (nvidia chipsets, 650i ultra has no SLI support):

Cheap P35 mobo: (No special features, besides more overclockable than nvidia's chipsets)

6) Probably a dumb question, but the motherboard comes with an ethernet card right?
yes it is onboard, just as sound.
Also take a DVD-RW drive with a SATA interface, not an IDE one and one with lightscribe or labelflash.

On the CPU side, go for the Q6600 with G0 stepping/95watt TDP, the old ones have b3 stepping and are 105watt. On some sites you should be able to order it directly. It has two cores more than the E6750 so it will be faster for cpu intensive tasks.
I'd suggest you take Vista Premium 64bit, it has enough features, most of the features in Ultimate you won't use. If you take the 64bit version you`ll be ready for the future to expand your ram, there might be some compatibility problems with older programs, if you don't want that, take the 32bit version.
