Best 30" lcd that competes with 3007WFP-HC for gaming? ( 2 Views )

1. I am looking for a 30" lcd that is at least as good or better than the Dell 3007WFP-HC.
   Any recommendations?

   The Apple uses the same panel as the Dell so they should be equivalent..

8. When it comes to inputs anything beats the Dell.. but the newer HC version from Dell is unrivaled when it comes to image quality (contrast ratio, color gamut) and price.

9. to me the apple spec look like they are still using the older panel of the non-HC version... so apple is worse than dell. (unless you prefer a slightly brighter display with slower responsetime smaller gamut and lower contrast.. to match your ipod...)
   
   The HP uses the HC-panel, same as the Dell exept for two additional inputs.
   
   The Samsung is a bit more laggy than the dell... (about one frame/~16ms)

10. NEC 3090?
     
    Travbomb suggested that there will be a 30" series 90 NEC out sometime, but he has not replied with updated info. Maybe he is unable to confirm further details, but that's what I'm waiting for.
    
    30" Eizo would be good too- anyone have current news?
