Defective 4gb MS pro duo return? ( 2 Views )

1. I have a sandisk 4gb memory stick pro duo that just started to have data corruption problems. I purchased it at Best Buy recently, but I lost the receipt. Will I be able to exchange it for a new one with just the original packaging?

2. I doubt it, bestbuy will probably think you bought it somewhere else, you have to prove to them you got it from bestbuy.
   Why not contact sandisk first, maybe they'll rma it.
