3. I got one, and its fairly load. I use it as a temporary/test/backup psu. I dont recommend it at its current price point.

4. interesting, the back of it and packaging looks very similar to my spire PSU, spire must also use that company (topopower or whatever) to make their PSUs.
   
   The spire though has very good reviews and is very quiet (plus features a 120mm fan and 80mm fan instead of the dual 80mm fans)

   like kuyaglen said, its a decent backup/tesing PSU.
   i actually bought one from best buy temporarily for a lan party because i couldnt get anything else close to the power i needed. i used it for about a week before i took it back.
   it ran the rig in my sig without any issues.
   the cables are SHORT though. i had to install it upside down in my case(without screwing it in) just so the pci-e connectors could reach my video cards.

8. Im using it right now in my friends E6400 / 2gb Corsair / 2 x 320gb HD's, 6 total fans, EVGA 7950GT KO / optical dvd-burner / and Asus P5B mobo.
   We are going to be overclocking her tomorrow........he had a 380w Antec Truepower 2.0 w/ a 300W Forton Booster 5.25" PSU.....so anything was better then that. It might not be ready for a Conroe / SLI overclock, but it works well for him and he needed a same day solution.....
   
   We got it at Best Buy, they only did match one of the $40 off, but stores rarely match mail in rebates.........

   It has a blue button in the back, button pressed machine is going balls to the walls fans on high, button not pressed = superrr quiet PSU. Heat wise it doesn't break of sweat in any instance, and I think it will be fine for his 7950 Non-SLI card......in fact I bet I could stick a GTS in there and get away with it. From what Johnnyguru says...yeah I wouldn't overclock with it, or overclock much....
